In September, me and my family will be travelling to Africa to meet our rellies for the first time (I'm half South African) and to explore South Africa, Botswana and Zimbabwe. I'll be taking A LOT of photos.. so to present them all together, I'll be creating a 2010 Wilderness and Travel Diary. This will be made up of 52 photos, one for each week of the year. I can't wait to photograph African landscapes, people and animals on my first big major trip overseas.

Going along this theme, before and after my trip I will also be shooting a folio of 'African- inspired' fashion images, aimed at the Australian market. I've never shot fashion before, so I will be discovering my own style in the process. I'm very excited to be working on a new area of photography.

These folios are what I'll be working on for the rest of the year- one shoot down and many more hours of shooting to come. Should be good!
